Edible casein,is purified from natural yak milk in high technology.It is a kind of food additive with high protein and nutrient contents also widely used in food and beverage.
Character:
This product is non-crystalline,hygroscopic,soluble in water by 0.8%-1.2% in normal temperature,and slightly soluble in water of 25℃ and organic solvent,also soluble in diluted alkaline and concentrated acid.It may absorb moist,and when being immersed in water,it may dilate rapidly with its particles not combined.
