Butter powder is pure spray-dried butter,which made by churning the fresh cream separated from Yak milk. and it is made by cleverly processing sodium caseinate, maltodextrin with the butter. Butter Powder's big advantage over regular butter is it's non-perishable qualities. So it will replace the butter which used in coffee, tea and other beverages, and as shiny, used in butter glaze to breads and rolls.
